HATS ARE RADICAL; ONLY PEOPLE WHO WEAR HATS UNDERSTAND THAT

Hey, Rad Human! My name is Svetlana and this is my best bud Rad. Rad came into my life last year when on a cloudy Sunday afternoon in Sausalito, CA,  I watched he movie "Dog" ( Shout out to Channing Tatum). As I wiped the tears from my eyes I knew it was time to adopt a dog. Problem was, I didn't really like dogs. 

Well, sometimes life is Rad, and later that week when visiting the shelter I met a dog named Rad. He walked up to me, tail wagging, and put his head on my knee. Well, this was it, and my life has never been the same - it is now exponentially more Rad. 

Also- fun fact. Everyone thinks I named Rad, but nope, he came with the Rad name :) This was another wink from the universe since I  started my hat company, Rad Hats For Rad Humans three months prior. Also, Rad loves hats. Your dog might too. 

I spend most of my time making Rad Hats at my studio in Marin, CA. This Rad Hat journey began when after ordering a pretty cool hat on Etsy, I decided to try and design my own. I started wearing it and everyone was a little bit obsessed, and somehow I sold over 50 custom hats in a few months. Less than a year later, Rad Hats have been in 3 boutiques, I opened up a Rad Hat Studio and one of my favorite musicians, Michael Franti recently performed in his very own custom Rad Hat. That was sooooooooo Rad!!!

Life is rad, especially when we do what we love. It really is that simple. Stay tuned for more Rad stories soon.
